It’s hard to believe that this weekend will be the fifth time we cancel our Sunday service. It is now been a month since many of us have seen each other and yet we have done our best to remain connected through phone calls, text messages, emails, and Facebook messages. As far as we know, all of our members are safe and provided for but we are on the alert for any needs that come up. Please stay in touch with us and let us know how we can pray for or support you.
If any of you are on Facebook, you might be interested in joining a private group we created to provide a little spot for fellowship and conversation when we’re feeling far from each other. You can find it here: Join our private Facebook Group. Just click on the “Join Group” button and I’ll add you.
Here’s a note Pastor Joseph posted in the group earlier this evening: “I miss you all! I often go to our church and on my knees, I pray for all of you who come or are part of our church family. Please stay connected with each other, we would like to hear from you!”
At this point, it’s hard to say when we will resume our meetings but we will let you know as soon as we have made a decision. Please pray for the Pastor and our elders to discern God’s leading in this matter. In the meantime, here is how we can join together in studying God’s Word on Sunday…
